She has deep experience building customer-first product strategies, managing P&Ls, and leading strategic partnerships across the product and customer lifecycle.
In 14 years at American Express in various leadership roles, Alex oversaw business strategy, P&L management, customer experience and go-to-market for flagship products including Membership Rewards, the US Consumer Platinum Card and the Global Lounge Collection. A collaborative and results-oriented leader, Alex is known for aligning diverse stakeholders to a shared vision and driving strategy into execution to achieve results.
Alex holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA from Hamilton College.
