Erin Rich is an accomplished financial services executive and strategic advisor with more than 30 years of experience helping organizations translate complex business challenges into actionable strategies and results. A trusted partner to senior executives, she brings a combination of strategic thinking, operational discipline, and hands-on leadership to enterprise transformation, organizational effectiveness, and development/implementation of cross-functional initiatives.

During her 26-year career at Wells Fargo and its predecessor organizations, Erin held numerous Senior Vice President leadership roles spanning business strategy, customer experience, marketing, analytics, and enterprise program management. She built and led new functions, established investment prioritization and governance processes, directed merger integration initiatives, and led major customer experience transformations across banking and brokerage businesses.

As a Martellus Expert, Erin has served in Chief of Staff and strategic transformation roles at USAA and Dow Jones. Her work includes advising senior leaders, establishing and running effective operating models, aligning teams around priorities, and leading complex initiatives from assessment through executive recommendations and execution planning. 

Erin holds an MBA from the University of Iowa and a BS from the University of Colorado Boulder.
