Penni is a visionary leader with over 30 years of experience working at the intersection of digital transformation, consumer engagement and strategic innovation. Known for her ability to bridge the gap between high-level vision and breakthrough operational execution, she has consistently delivered measurable impact within world-class organizations, including UNICEF and American Express.
In her most recent role, Penni was the Chief of Digital Strategy for UNICEF where she directed the organization’s global digital communications and digital transformation. She scaled UNICEF’s reach to 150 million global followers and modernized the digital infrastructure, governance models and expertise across 190 countries.
Penni excels at translating complex global priorities into cohesive marketing strategies and go-to-market plans. A forward-thinking innovator with a pulse on emerging digital trends, she leverages data-driven insights to ensure that innovation translates into practical, large-scale results. She holds an MBA in Finance from NYU’s Stern School of Business and a BA in English and Economics from Tufts University.
